Glamping in Prague? Try sleeping in a lookout cabin in the middle of the city…

We created a little piece of nature for ourselves and for you in the middle of a vibrant city. Relaxation, detox, reconnecting with yourself? It is hard to describe – you simply have to experience it.

Posed Nad Lesem is located on a wooded hill above the Vltava River, on our private property where we also live. It is a quiet oasis among spruce and pine trees, where the only sounds are birdsong and the joyful barking of dogs.

The interior of the lookout cabin is made of spruce wood and is divided into an entrance area with seating at the table or by the large feature window, and a sleeping area under the roof. If you need an extra bed, simply fold down the table and another guest can sleep there. Climb the ladder to the upper level and you will find a relaxing sleeping area equipped with comfortable mattresses and a reading light. The cabin also features ventilation windows with mosquito screens, electric lighting, and power sockets. There is plenty of storage space, so no need to worry. Towels and bed linen are already included in the price.
Just a few steps away, you have access to a cozy private facility with a modern bathroom (shower, flush toilet, sink, heated towel rail). It also includes a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find an electric hotplate, kettle, moka pot, fridge, sink, complete tableware, and equipment for simple cooking. In the cabin, you will also find a barrel of drinking water, storage space, books, board games, blankets, cushions, and other thoughtful details. There is also a multi-purpose sports court (badminton, tennis, football, etc.), including a trampoline available for an extra fee by prior arrangement. If anything is missing, we will be happy to provide it.

If you enjoy spending time outdoors, you will certainly appreciate the fire pit area, as well as the deckchairs and hammock for relaxing in good weather. By arrangement, we will also gladly lend you bicycles so you can enjoy one of Prague’s most popular cycling routes along the Berounka River all the way to Karlštejn. And if you feel like playing a little local Wimbledon, do not hesitate to book the summer tennis court that is part of the property.

CZK 2,500 per night
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Third and each additional night: CZK 2,400 per night

Parking directly at the property is free of charge (there are no parking zones). If guests arrive by public transport, the nearest tram stop is Černý kůň. From there, you can either take a forest path up a steep hill for about 10 minutes, or take bus 121 (stop Na Lysinách) or 106 (stop Jitřní), or a bus in the opposite direction from Kačerov metro station.

Posed Nad Lesem started as a crazy idea that, despite unexpected obstacles, finally came to fruition.
