Our magical tiny house "Behind the Rosehip Bush" lets you truly feel at one with nature. Thanks to its glazed front wall, you will feel as though you are sleeping out in a meadow under the stars, while still enjoying all the comfort of a soft bed indoors. Return to your roots and discover harmony with nature.

In the heart of nature, where birds sing and the air is filled with the scent of summer sunshine and wild roses, stands our tiny house Behind the Rosehip Bush. Small but magical, hidden among rosehip bushes, it offers a place where time slows down and the world feels a little kinder. 

In the morning, you will wake to birdsong, and in the evening, you will be embraced by the silence of the forest and the glow of soft lights. Sit on the terrace, gaze into the treetops, or count the stars - everything is allowed here. Because here, behind the rosehip bush, the most beautiful little adventures begin. 

Capacity: For 2 people

Location: 10 minutes from Velké Meziříčí, 15 minutes from the D1 motorway, peaceful surroundings without motorway noise, and an access road passable even in winter

Amenities: Kitchenette with a fridge, a two-burner stove, and a coffee maker

Bathroom: Shower and sink

Sleeping arrangements: Double bed upstairs, sofa downstairs

Wi-Fi: Not available - we support rest and peace

Outdoor area: Peaceful surroundings, nature views, and an ideal place to relax

A cosy kitchenette is available, where you can easily prepare something tasty to eat. It includes a fridge, a two-burner stove, and a coffee maker, so you can enjoy fragrant coffee in the morning just the way you like it.

The tiny house also includes a bathroom with a shower and a sink.

Upstairs, a spacious double bed with soft duvets awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. On the ground floor, you can relax on a comfortable sofa and enjoy views of the surrounding picturesque countryside.

And because we believe that true connection happens between people, not through screens, you will not find Wi-Fi here. Instead, we offer you something more valuable: peace, quiet, and time for yourself.

By car: 10 minutes from Velké Meziříčí, easily accessible from the D1 motorway exit in just 15 minutes

By bus: Approximately 20 minutes on foot from the nearest stop

We are a young couple who decided to share the beauty and tranquillity of our cozy tiny house in the beautiful Balín Valley nature park. We fulfilled our dream of building our own retreat surrounded by nature — a place where you can pause and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
