A cosy retreat hidden in an old orchard, surrounded by a hundred apple trees and a peaceful atmosphere that moves at its own pace. A place where deer appear in the morning and the stars come out in the evening, ideal for slowing down, enjoying the silence and truly reconnecting with nature.

Half an hour from Prague lies an old orchard. In spring, it is covered in delicate blossoms, in summer it smells of grass, and in autumn it glows with a rich harvest. It is here, among a hundred old apple trees, that Útulna stands – discreetly hidden in the silence, where deer appear in the morning and the stars light up overhead in the evening. You can watch them wrapped in a blanket, from a hammock or from the terrace overlooking the orchard.

Capacity: 2 people

Main room: Double bed, comfortable armchair, books, side table and everything you need to relax.

Kitchenette: Equipped with a gas stove, sink with running water, kitchen utensils and light refreshments.

Coffee and tea: Available throughout the stay.

Heating: Built-in heating, complemented by warm blankets and sleeping bags – suitable even for colder seasons and year-round stays.

Toilet: Separate room accessible from the terrace, with an eco-friendly chemical toilet.

Terrace: Covered terrace with outdoor seating and an open terrace with sun loungers and views of the orchard.

Entertainment & relaxation: Books, cards, a journal and a USB port for charging your phone.

Setting: Old orchard, peace, nature and the chance to watch wildlife.

Inside, you will find a simple yet thoughtfully designed space with a double bed, an armchair, books, and a small kitchenette with running water and a gas stove. The retreat is equipped with heating, warm blankets and sleeping bags, offering comfort all year round. The private toilet is located in a separate room accessible from the terrace and is designed with respect for nature. Two terraces – one covered and one open with sun loungers – invite you to relax with views of the orchard. The surrounding area offers forests, hiking and cycling trails, as well as swimming opportunities, yet the greatest experience is the peace itself and a return to simplicity.
