Treehouse Krušnohled

At the foot of the Ore Mountains stands a treehouse with sweeping views over the Ohře Valley and the surrounding hills. In the morning, you can enjoy coffee while watching roe deer outside the window, spend the day on trips, and in the evening relax in the warmth of the stove or on the terrace with a book. An ideal place to unwind in the heart of nature.

This lookout cabin came to life as a heartfelt family project.
When my cousin and her husband agreed to help us build it with our own hands, everything fell into place. We created a place that reflects our love of nature: simple, peaceful, and designed for slowing down and regaining strength.

• Capacity: up to 4 people, ideally a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children

• Amenities: portable stove, French press, pots and pans. Coffee and tea are provided.

• Bathroom: outdoor composting toilet with a solar camping shower

• Heating: wood-burning stove

• Water: utility water from a spring, drinking water in a barrel

• Terrace: covered, with seating and beautiful valley views

• Other features: hammock, games, books, and a cooling tub

The accommodation offers year-round comfort for 2 adults and 2 children, with an outdoor bathroom featuring a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a terrace with a relaxation area and a cooling tub. Guests have access to a portable stove, a French press, dishes, coffee and tea, utility water from a spring, and even a natural "fridge" in the ground. Beneath the cabin, you will find hammocks, a gas grill, and board games for a relaxing evening.

You can park your car approximately 200 m from the site, and continue on foot uphill.

The nearest bus and train stop is approximately 1 km away.

Our story began with a dream of a place where we could go by the water in summer and enjoy the sauna in winter — something that would become our second home. Once we had everything planned, we realized that we actually preferred not to be tied to just one place. And this place was simply too beautiful for us to use only one week a month. So we decided to adapt our project a little and share this beauty with you.
