Tiny house Verpán 2.0 was born from the desire to connect the simplicity of rural life with the comfort of modern living. A small house set in peaceful nature offers a space where time passes more slowly and every detail has its own meaning. Inside, you will find smart solutions that prove that even a few square meters can create a cozy and functional refuge. Verpán 2.0 is a continuation of the original project, moved one step further - with an emphasis on design, comfort and greater harmony with the surrounding landscape. It is a place where people come for inspiration, peace and joy in the fact that less can mean more.

Tiny House Verpán is a simple and cosy retreat in the heart of nature, ideal for a couple or a solo traveller wanting to take a break from the bustle of the city. Inside, you will find a comfortable double bed with views of the greenery, a folding table with two chairs, and a kitchenette with a stove, a small fridge, and basic utensils for preparing simple meals. The tableware is handmade by a local potter from the Pilsen region. There is also a shower with hot water and eco-friendly toiletries. Eco-friendly dishwashing products are included as well. You can store your belongings in cupboards or in a large drawer under the bed.
A small wood-burning stove is available for heating.
Outside, there is a dry toilet in a wooden outhouse, seating for two, and a rocking chair where you can enjoy the peace and the view of the surrounding countryside. Electricity comes from solar panels, and water is brought in and stored in a tank. Guests have a disposable grill available, while open fires are strictly prohibited.
Verpán 2.0 is a place where you can slow down, spend some time offline, and truly relax.

We are a couple from a small village near Horažďovice. In 2023, together with our friends and family, we built our tiny house Verpán, and now we are delighted to share it with our guests. At the same time, we’re always coming up with new ideas for how to improve it and what to do next. Verpán is our love.
