Welcome to our tiny house, where you can enjoy perfect peace and comfort in beautiful natural surroundings near Lány. 

We designed our house with respect for nature—small, cosy, and gentle on the environment. Greenery fills every window, and every corner feels like home. We believe you will not be just guests here, but part of the story. We look forward to welcoming you.

The tiny house operates off-grid and is self-sufficient, with no connection to utility networks. It is equipped with solar panels for electricity generation. Please use water and energy sparingly. The house is insulated to maintain a stable temperature and is heated by a locally sourced wood-burning stove during the winter months. Ideal for families.

Capacity: 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults; extra bed on a sofa bed; bed size 180 × 200 cm

Tiny house Březina offers cosy and peaceful accommodation in nature near Lány. The modern yet natural-looking interior includes comfortable sleeping arrangements, a living area with seating, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The house also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, heated by a wood-burning stove in the colder months. The accommodation operates off-grid using solar panels, so we kindly ask guests to use water and energy carefully. An ideal place to slow down, relax, and enjoy time together in the silence of nature.

By car: Parking on the property; in bad weather, parking is 150 m from the tiny house.

By bus: Bus stop in the village of Horní Bezděkov.

We are a family united by love for nature, peace and simplicity. We believed that happiness is hidden in little things, in the singing of birds, the smell of the forest, the silence of the evening.
