The story of the place
The dome above the Manín Gorge offers a unique experience of spending the night in the heart of nature. The accommodation is located on the edge of the forest above the village of Záskalie near Považská Bystrica and offers views of the Manín Gorge, the surrounding meadows and the Malý Manín peak.
Its simple yet thoughtfully designed facilities create an ideal space to unwind from the everyday rush. In the evening, you can sit by the fire, watch the sunset over the landscape, and at night admire the starry sky directly from your bed. In the morning, you will wake to the silence of the forest and the first rays of sunshine.
The dome is not connected to electricity or running water, offering an authentic nature stay where peace, landscape and simplicity play the leading role. The surroundings are ideal for easy walks and hiking – for example to the Manín Gorge, Bosmany, Kostolecká klenba, or Veľký and Malý Manín.
